Experience the exciting new route down into the underground and the visitor’s mine. Here you discover a world of winding steps, huge underground chambers and impressive sunk shafts.
The temperature in the mine is about +5 degrees Celsius all year round. We recommend robust, warm clothes and boots since there is a risk of getting stains on trouser legs and footwear. The tour goes via a stair tower with a view of the Great Pit, down into the mine to a depth of 67 metres below ground level. Return to the surface by lift. The walk through the mine is about 700 metres, of which 150 metres is steps. The tour last one hour.
Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Programmes for children and families and extra tours during school holidays and major public holidays.
Price: Adults 190 SEK, children 70 SEK (3-15 years).
Children under 3 years are not allowed in the mine.
