Guided tours of Falun Mine.

Mon-Fri 2 pm, Sat-Sun 12 am and 2 pm

One-hour tour of the mine with a guide. Follow the exciting route into the underground. Experience a world of winding stairs, huge underground chambers and impressive shafts, not to mention a magnificent view of the Great Pit. The new entrance to the mine was opened to the general public in spring 2007.

Tours in Swedish, English and other languages. Option to book your own private guide.

Dress: sturdy shoes or wellingtons are recommended. Helmets and rain capes available on loan. Children: under 3 years not allowed in the mine.
