Falun Mine is located approximately one kilometer from “Resecentrum” (train station) and “Knutpunkten” (bus station) in central Falun. A tip is to choose the walking route through Elsborg, see description under “Walking\/Cycling”. For train\/bus schedule and ticket prices please visit: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Falun Mine is located right at one of the entrances to Falun, follow the signs from E16 or road 293. We have a large visitor parking lot next to our Visitor Center. Here you will find four electric car chargers for you who are travelling by electric car. Day parking and pitches for mobile homes and bus parking via the entrance from road 293. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walking and cycling routes from several directions pass Falun Mine. If you are coming from central Falun, we recommend that you choose the route through Elsborg, the old miner’s district with Falu-red cottages. Follow Bergshauptmansgatan, which turns into a pedestrian and cycle path into the mining area. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
