Falu Mine is open to visitors all year round, but autumn and winter offer a slightly calmer atmosphere compared to the summer months. Experience 1,000 years of history in the heart of the Falun World Heritage Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 28 September we are closed on Mondays and the Mine Museum is only open at weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During school holidays and special events we extend our opening hours \u2013 you\u2019ll find more information further down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
