Cuprum

Our largest meeting venue is Cuprum, a 140-square-metre room with space for up to 150 people.

At the height of copper production, two-thirds of Europe’s copper came from Falun Mine. It was the mining of copper that put Falun Mine on the world map. So it is only fitting that our largest meeting venue is called Cuprum, after copper’s chemical symbol, Cu.

Cuprum is a spacious and airy venue overlooking the museum’s leafy courtyard. Galleries with additional seating run along both sides of the room.

The room includes:

  • Projector
  • Sound system
  • Whiteboard
  • Hearing loop
  • Headset microphone
  • Handheld microphone
  • Webcam available on request
  • 140 m²

Seating options:

  • Theatre-style seating / standing reception: up to 150 people
  • Group tables in the centre: up to 60 people
  • Classroom-style seating: up to 60 people
